When requesting a refill of a current prescription, even if it has no refills, call your pharmacy and they will contact us with all the information we need. If you prefer, you may call and leave a message on the nurses' voice mail with your child's name, birth date, name and dosage of medication. We can mail the prescription or hold it at the front desk for you to pick up. You should allow one working day for any medication refill. The on-call physician in the after-hours office will not refill medications.
New prescriptions cannot be issued over the phone. A provider must see your child first to ensure we are diagnosing and treating the problem correctly.
