No show / late arrival policy
No show policy
To ensure our providers are able to offer remarkable care to our patients, we have implemented a “no-show / late arrival” policy which will affect all patients who do not keep their scheduled appointment, arrive late for their scheduled appointment or who cancel an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice.
- First occurrence – Patient/parent will receive a letter advising of our policy.
- Second occurrence – Patient/parent will receive a 2nd letter and a $25.00 no show fee assessment
- Third and subsequent occurrences – May result in dismissal from practice and additional $25 no show fee
Late arrival policy
All patients are urged to arrive to the office 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow time for check in and signing of forms.
Patients arriving after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.
